Welcome to the Saferides website!
The Saferides program was started as a way for teens to get a safe ride home. We are stationed at "A Place of Teens" aka "The Venue." We opperate almost every Friday and Saturday night from 10pm - 2am. Our goal is to give teens who may not be in a state to drive, or do not want to get a ride home with someone whose actions might put them in danger, a safe ride home.
Saferides is run BY teens, FOR teens.
This is a completely confidential program. What you see, hear or experience during your volunteer time at Saferides never leaves with you. Breach of this rule will not be tolerated.
